I had the pleasure of meeting Shushil this past summer. I was photographing two amazing Indian weddings – one at Ventana’s and the other at the Georgia Aquarium and I remember walking into both events and just loving the simple elegance that both wedding venues evoked. Entering the reception area that evening, which was also at the Aquarium, between the lighting, the table linens and the centerpieces, the place was just stunning! Shushil and I met that evening and I still remember what he said, “I haven’t heard of you but if Sonal & Sajal hired you, you must be really good!” That put a smile on my face and I said, “I try and I think I am – pretty good, that is!!”
From that point forward, a friendship along with a professional relationship developed. Finding a vendor who cared about his art as much as I did mine was golden! I started referring Utopian Events to every bride that reached out to me. I knew that Shushil would not only treat them the way I would but would create a unique look for each of the couples that was just “them”! Evidently, Shushil felt the same way since he was doing the same – I started meeting brides that considered photography a 9 out of 10 and trusted that I would do the best for them just as they did Shushil.
So when Shushil reached out to me a while back to come out and photograph the decor for an event at Lake Lanier, there was no question about it! I knew I was in for a treat and I was not disappointed! Check out the “magic” that Shushil put together –

If you love this and want to see more, visit Utopian Events and contact Shushil.
Other vendors I love and am referring to all of my brides due to the fact that they totally rock are Pure Motion Films (Mariah creates amazing cinematography) and Sketch Sound Productions (Neil can create a party just for you – between lighting, music and entertainment)!!
Please tell them I sent you!
